Update - 2/27/11

This weekend was full of fun and crazy times! We started off by celebrating Amy's Birthday at the Phoenix Saloon. It is a great place to hang out and has amazing music! The next morning, we went to Emily's Birthday Party at the Children's Museum. Jordan enjoyed playing and being a "big girl". She sat at the table with the other kids and ate lunch & cake! She is growing up way too fast! Sunday was a lazy day. Joey is feeling better but not 100% yet. Jordan and I played outside. She enjoyed being on her slide because she could see the dogs and pet them but not be smothered. She walked a long way by just holding on to my finger. It was fun to see her explore.

She can walk when she wants to, but her she decided to just freeze and watch the other kids!
Happy Birthday Emily! Jordan was loving outside. It was a beautiful day! She actually kept her hat on. I decided to start having her wear one so she gets used to it and no sunburn!
Camo & pink...what more could a cute country girl ask for?!?!?

Let's Rodeo San Antonio

Whitney, Bret, Phillip, Joey and I went to the rodeo and saw Lady Antebelum. It was a fabulous day with great friends. It was fun getting to listen to the architects talk and not venting about teaching. A nice refreshing break! We had amazing tickets thanks to Whitney!

We even treated our self to the BIG corn dog! A rodeo favorite.
Jillian and I went with the Brumley's to see Steel Magnolias. We enjoyed the entertainment and shopping!
On Valentines Day, we had a girls night at the rodeo and went to see Gary Allen. Jordan had a great time hanging out. We stopped to talk with Clint at his booth and gave her some puffs. It took about 10 seconds before we saw this....puffs everywhere! There is never a dull moment with Jordan.

Jordan loved the excitement of the rodeo! She clapped for the kids as they were muttin bustin! She pointed at all the horses. Everything was going fine, until I was holding her and started to smell something! You guessed it ...poop! It was everywhere, on me and her. So here we are up at the top of the AT&T center with Jillian laughing her head off. Yes, it was funny, but I need wipes and lots of them. I got Jordan where I could sit her down and then looked at just how much I was covered. It was horrible! Jordan got to stay with Jillian after she was cleaned up, and I set out to look for a shirt. It was nice to get a new shirt, but I had to pick from within the AT&T center. Luckily, I found a cute one that fit and I bought it. Much better....when I got back to the seats Jordan was asleep. What a night.....like I said no dull moments.

Clint made it to the semi-finals in San Antonio. We went with Jason to cheer him on and hang out. He did not make the 8 seconds but got the "Tough Break" award. He rode for 7.94 seconds and then got stomped on by the bull. He was sore, but not hurt. He did make it to the finals. Congratulations on a great run in San Antonio!
